Originally from Oahu, Shaden Sato serves as the Banquet and Event chef at Halekulani in Hawaii, overseeing and crafting menus for the banquet department. A highly accomplished chef, he has collaborated with renowned culinary talents at Hawaii's premier event, including the Hawaii Food & wine Festival and oscars Night Gala Dinner for the Hawaii international Film Festival. Enjoy a specially curated course meal supervised by chef sato, with a la carte options also available.
